Judnick Motorsports Hentges Racing Working Together
July 14, 2009 by SnowGoer
Judnick Motorsports and Hentges Racing have always worked together as a phenomenal part of the Polaris Racing Team…this year they are taking it to a new level! They will remain two individual racing teams with their incredibly talented racer line-ups but will combine sled building, research and development via legendary snowmobile racer and mechanical expert…Tim Bender.
Bender will remain Hentges Racing Team Manager, in addition will work with both teams as the Technical Director building sleds for 2010 season. The combined research and data sharing will ensure that both Hentges Racing and Judnick Motorsports hit the track with the ultimate in sled performance.
The Hentges Racing sleds built under Tim’s mechanical expertise produced a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd domination in the 2009 Pro Open Points Championship. “There is not a more natural pairing of teams – this is a win-win for everyone involved. We are fired-up to work together,” said a confident Nate Hentges.
Judnick Motorsports Team Owner Scott Judnick is just as excited. “It’s all about teamwork! We are individual teams under one roof “POLARIS RACING”. Our ultimate goal is to put Team Polaris on the podium week in and week out. We feel sharing information between the teams will give us the edge we need to do that”.
Tom Rager, Polaris Race Director was the catalyst to this union. Tom has always promoted teamwork and was a big part of making this happen. “We have a stable of the best snocrossers in the business and a phenomenal technical crew. It only made sense to work together… It’s sure going to be a exciting 2010 Snocross Season!” said Rager with a smile.
